Born to a middle-class family in the year 1978 in Kolkata, Shri Avinash Dubey’s upbringing was shaped by rich Indian culture and the teachings of the Ramayana & Bhagwat Gita.

His career in business began in 2006 by working as a sub-contractor in the field of civil engineering in West Bengal with few thousands in pocket to invest and continued working till mid of 2015 with a dream of being a contractor & making an organization with a group of competitive manpower. On the day 21st of July 2015 his dream comes true and he formed a Construction company with the brand name ‘Nimble Infra Private Limited’ incorporated under the companies act 2013 and since then by god grace, he never looked back and become a reputed construction company working as a contractor for Indian Railways, Public Health engineering and many more government & private sector organizations. In continuation of his construction business, he always fond of ideas of new business opportunities and in lieu of that he started R&D for new sectors & in the process he had landed with an idea of entering into the sector of Kitchen & Home Appliances and setup an office at the electrical market in Kolkata in the month of September 2019 and started a new journey. He always believes in hiring best people to lead the company and in few months he had made a group of very experienced and senior people from the industry. He invested capital into creating world-class products and its distribution chain across India. The setup of a small Kitchen & Home Appliance company in 2019 saw a turn of events that led to its creation, pioneering various trends in the FMEG industry and tried to achieve global standards. Today, with a very hard working and experienced workforce his group companies are operating in various states & Union territories of India + trade partners from across the country.

His partnership with strong network of dealers, distributors, and retailers has propelled BlueBays’ profits while also benefiting its associates. Each person’s association with us brought benefit to their lives.

Company Social Responsibility was never left in the dark. Company’s investment in staff has improved their workers’ standard of living by manifolds while their plan to fed nutritious and hygienic mid-day meals to the school going children covering thousands of students per day & developing a 40-bed healthcare facility in Bhadohi district of Uttar Pradesh.
